The role reports to the Regional Business Leader. Do you have passion for making a meaningful impact on patients' lives while driving sales growth in the healthcare sector? Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join their team in the role of Territory Manager. Key Responsibilities: As a vital member of the team, you'll play a pivotal role in achieving territory sales objectives through proactive field-based selling activities. Your focus will be on cultivating robust business partnerships with key decision-makers, promoting the company products and services to target customers, and driving market share and sales growth for their products and solutions. You'll be instrumental in implementing sales and marketing campaigns that align with the companys corporate strategy. Additionally, you'll be tasked with developing strong relationships with key customers and opinion leaders, selling the full spectrum of the companys services and offerings, and promoting evidence-based research to enhance patient outcomes. Your role will also involve delivering education and training to healthcare professionals and providing support to both internal teams and external education events. Qualifications

Essential: Full UK driving licence Desirable: Degree or equivalent

Experience Required

Successful, dynamic and self-motivated Sales Professional in the medical field. Successful field sales experience within healthcare. Experience of working within the medical device sector (desired). Clinical knowledge of the specified therapy area would be an advantage. Commercial experience selling to the NHS. Experience in sales and account management. Passionate about understanding customers needs and delivering solutions through partnerships. Business acumen; demonstrates good commercial awareness. Entrepreneurial; seeks opportunities, has a solutions-orientated approach. Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills. Positive and energetic approach to delivering targets with high levels of personal accountability. Excellent analytical skills. Communicates data in clear and concise format. Effective time and territory management skills. Exceptional organisational and planning abilities. A positive and energetic demeanour with a can-do attitude.
